화더스 하우스는 주님께서 주신 비젼을 품고있습니다. 화더스 하우스에 주신 비젼은 개척 및 증가를 통해 세계에 만 (10,000)개의 교회 와 기도의 집이 하나로 엵어진 예배처소가 저희가 몸 담고있는커뮤니티로 시작 해 성령님께서 원하시는 곳에 세워지는 것입니다. 화더스 하우스가 믿기로는 한지역 사회를 변화 시키기에는, 특별히 복음을 대적하는 지방에서는, 하나의 교회로서는 너무 약하다생각됩니다. 마찬가지로 지역 교회와 파트너가 되어있지 않는 하나의 기도의 집 (기도원)도 지역사회를 변화 시키기에는 너무 약하다 생각됩니다. 그러므로 저희가 믿는 바 성령님께서 이 때에 주시는 감동은 하나의 교회 와 하나의 기도의 집이 하나로 엵혀서 서로를 보충하는 모델만이 어두운힘을 이기고 지역 사회를 변화 시킬 수 있다입니다.
Father's House embraces the vision the LORD has given us. Father's House vision is to plant and grow ten-thousand (10,000) churches and houses of prayers hitched together all around the world, starting with our community and spreading to where the Holy Spirit desires. We, at Father's House, believe that a church plant alone is too weak to transform the community around it; especially in unfriendly areas in the world. Likewise, a house of prayer unconnected to a local church alone is too weak to transform the community. We believe that a partnership between a church and a house of prayer, hitched together as one, is a model from the Holy Spirit that is powerful enough to breakthrough the present darkness and transform the communities.
함께 멍에를 진 두 말이 각 각 끌 수 있는 무게의 양 보다 훨씬 많은 양의 무게를 움직일 수 있음 같이하나의 교회 와 하나의 기도의 집이 하나로 엵혀서 서로를 보충하는 사역만 지역 사회를 변화 시킬수 있습니다. 파트너가 된 기도의 집을 통하여 항상 주님의 얼굴 과 뜻 과 원하심을 구함으로 현 시간에 주시는 말씀을 듣고 교회를 통하여 분별하여 실용적으로 진행함으로 주위 사회에 변화를 이르킴입니다. 실용적인 행함에는 말씀 선포 외, 교육, 사역 준비, 사역, 치유, 상담 및 사업 설립, 학교, 휴게소, 가난한 자 도우는 장소, 노숙자 보호 센터, 예술 센터, 미디오 센터, 비영리 단체 및 기독교센터 설립 등 입니다. 이러한 교회와 기도의 집이 얽힌 파트너쉽은 하나의 사도적 사역 (예: 교회) 와 하나의 선지자적 사역 (예: 기도의 집)이 하나가 되므로 서로가 서로의 영역을 존중하고 인정하므로 공동체를 이루며 담임 목사의 인도를 받으며 담임 목사는 성령님의 인도하심 아래 집행위원 이사회 (governing board) 및 사도적인 네트워크의 accountability 로 사역함입니다.
As two draft horses yoked together could pull significantly greater weight than a combined effort of each pulling individually, we believe a partnership of a church and a house of prayer can and will transform the community around it. The partnership allows the house of prayer to continuously seek the face, will, and mind of the LORD to bring the "now" word to the church, and the church to discern and execute the "now" word in practical means. The practical means will include, and not limited to, preaching, teaching, equipping, ministering, healing, counseling and establishing businesses, local schools, hospitals, rest centers, food centers, shelters, art centers, media centers, para-church organizations, and other Christian organizations. This partnership is envisioned similar to an apostle (representing a church, figuratively) and a prophet (representing a house of prayer, figuratively) hitched together, each in submission to the other, all under the leadership of the senior pastor, accountable to the governing board members, and the apostolic network overseers, and accountable most of all to the Holy Spirit.
화더스 하우스는 성령님께서 저희에게 주신 비젼을 주님을 의지하고 섬기는 자녀들을 통해 책임지시고 충실히 행하심을 믿습니다. 그러므로 화더스 하우스의 goal은 하나님의 사랑안에서 확신이 있고 가정 및 친구들 과 교회에서 사랑을 받아 준비되고 자신감 있는 크리스쳔들을 양성하여 성령님안에서 그 들이 할 수 있는 모든 것을 이룰 수 있는 리더들이 되게 인도함입니다. 각 리더들은 어떤사역장에서도 사회에 영항을 주고 지역교회의 인도자들이 될 수 있게 인도함입니다.
We believe the Holy Spirit Who has given us the vision is faithful in accomplishing what He has started through the willing and submitted sons & daughters. Father's House, in response, is dedicated in raising up well-equipped and confident Christian leaders, secure in the love of Christ and in the love of their families, friends, and church, who can be all they can be in the power of the Holy Spirit. They are to be the influencers of the societies whether they are sent out or serving in the local church.
